Withdrew the signup.cgi script that was occasionally found by google search.
Saved chart and flot endorsement reports as html.
Saved iso pages as html. This required considerable adjustment of protocol and domain literals in templates.
Withdrew the endorsement link from the endorsement index.
Wrote batch build version of display.cgi.
Saved endorsement index and pages as html.

Add a CNAME file to the repo with the domain name. I did this through the settings but it is just a file.
Then in DNS set two A records to 192.30.252.153 and 192.30.252.154. github
Henrik — Pull requests are welcome at github org agilemanifesto. I have not accepted any that I can’t verify myself. A comment in support of the change from the original reviewer or possibly someone on the translating team would be convincing especially if you followed it with a comment confirming that the comment came from someone who was indeed who they say they are.
